How to Add Funds to NetSpend Visa Card Using Reload Pack

If you want to add money or funds to your NetSpend card but you don’t have your NetSpend card with you, you want to add money to someone else’s NetSpend card; you don’t want to wait in line. No problem you can reload your NetSpend prepaid card by using reload pack. It is convenient and easy to add funds to your NetSpend Visa card. NetSpend Reload Packs are available at many retail locations near you. Go to NetSpend retail location near you and purchase a reload pack by telling the cashier or associate how much you want to add. Then the cashier or associate will scan the pack, take the cash you want loaded, and activate it.


1. If you now want to transfer the money from the pack to your NetSpend Visa card, firstly remove the security scratch-off on the back of the pack to reveal the Reload Number. Then you can Activate you reload pack by online or phone.

2. If you want to activate your reload online go to the NetSpend official website (See Resources). Then click the “Account Login” box on top left hand side, then enter your Username and Password and click the button “Login.”

3. Click the “Add/Manage Money” menu and select “Activate a Reload Pack”. Then enter the reload number and click the button “Reload”.

4. If you want to activate your reload pack by phone call at 1-86-NETSPEND (1-866-387-7363) and enter your card number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then select option 5 for “Other Services,” then option 2 for “Redeem a Reload Pack.” Enter the reload number when prompted.

Note: Some retailers allow you to load any amount between $10-$500, other retailers allow loads in denominations of $20, $50, $100, $200 and $400
